How do I clean concentrated stains in upholstery or carpet?

When you are dealing with a heavy-duty stain, it is recommended to use the following steps:

1. Spot clean the stain with a concentrated cleaning solution in a spray bottle. 
2. Leave the solution to sit on the carpet or upholstered surface for a minute or two to soak into the stain.
3. Using the Aqua Pro Vac, spray and vacuum the surface in a slow, smooth motion, pulling the solution and stain out of the fibers. Completing two passes with the machine will give you greater success in removing the stain completely.
